Registration for the 2012 camp is now being accepted. You can either register by mail or online using the following two-step process.

Step 1 - Apply

There are two options for the apply step - mail or online.

If you prefer to apply by mail, download, print and complete the Application Form. Mail it along with a personal check to:

After May 1st checks will no longer be accepted. You can still sign up via cashiers checks or online at Wilson Collegiate Tennis Camps.

Step 2 - Mail in Health and Insurance Form

Whether applying via mail or online, download, print and complete the Camper Health and Insurance Form. Mail it to the address shown in Step 1.
